Reintegration Approach

At CMO Network, we use a holistic integrated approach when dealing with issues that arise for men and women returning home.

Our goal is to create a supportive community by working closely with our participants on an individualized level to overcome their issues, and provide them with real time information and skills. We do not believe in an assembly line or one-size-fits-all model. In turn, we encourage our participants to give back to their communities and to assist those coming behind them.

We work cooperatively with organizations that have similar missions. Information conveyed in our workshops is valuable for many populations, including low income job seekers, young people and students, those living with HIV and AIDS, and non-profit staff members. Information sharing among organizations is vital to creating a prepared, supportive and welcoming community.
